Keep the unit and window consistent
A 20-minute morning walk and 20 minutes of recorded walking across a whole day cover different windows. For a daily comparison, add up the walks you recorded on each complete day. Mark a day with one logged walk and unknown evening activity as partial.
Try four full days
| Date · October 2026 | Walking · minutes | Coverage |
|---|---|---|
| 1 Oct | 20 | Complete daily total |
| 2 Oct | 25 | Complete daily total |
| 3 Oct | 30 | Complete daily total |
| 4 Oct | 35 | Complete daily total |
22.5 → 32.5 recorded walking minutes per day (+10, +44.44%). This example describes walking only.
